Steamed red fish with angelica is delicious. The materials used by Angelica sinensis for steaming red fish are: red fish 1, Angelica sinensis 2, Chuanxiong 1, Lycium barbarum 3, Astragalus membranaceus 3, salt, wine, shredded ginger and a little shredded onion. Practice: Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Astragali and Fructus Lycii are boiled in two bowls of water and wine into eight portions (which can be added according to personal preference). Wash the red fish and steam it with the cooked soup until the fish is cooked. Add a little salt, sprinkle with shredded ginger and chopped green onion, and pour fish soup several times.
