Shrimp skin dictyophora decoction

10 shrimp skin, 2 dolls, 8 dictyophora, salt, white pepper, sugar, medlar, onion ginger, cooking wine.
working methods
Preparation: Wash the whole baby cabbage, cut the roots into crosses, soak the shrimps in boiling water for more than ten minutes, then drain the dictyophora indusiata with boiling water for 30 minutes, wash, remove the yellow part of the roots, cut into pieces with an oblique knife, soak in water, then wash the onions and ginger and cut into powder.
Cook the baby cabbage thoroughly with boiling water, put it in boiling water for cooling, squeeze out the water, and tear it in half by hand for later use.
Stir-fry dried shrimps in an oil pan for a while, add minced onion and ginger, add a little cooking wine, add stock and cook over high heat. You will see that the soup is getting whiter and whiter.
Add baby cabbage, Dictyophora dictyophora and Lycium barbarum, and cook for 5-8 minutes. Finally season with salt and white pepper.

1) Meretrix meretrix is soaked in light salt water for 2 hours in advance to spit sand. Soak Dictyophora dictyophora in cold water for 10 minute, as long as Dictyophora dictyophora becomes soft and brittle. Cut off the net from the head and tail of the soaked dictyophora and replace it with small pieces 5 cm long. Wash and slice ginger.
2) Soak Longjing tea in 500ml boiling water, filter out the tea leaves, and leave the tea soup for later use.
3) Pour 800ml of water into a casserole to boil, then add clams and ginger slices, skim off the floating powder, pour tea soup and bamboo shoots after the clams open, add salt after boiling, or add a little pepper according to your own taste.

working methods
