Practice of donkey meat hot pot
1. 2. Add fresh soup, salt, pepper, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate to the wok, add the cooked donkey broth, remove the spice residue, pour it into the hot pot and boil it, then you can eat the soup.

Note: if you use fresh donkey meat (without sauce), the soup should be "red soup", and the soup should be mixed with dried pepper, pepper, fermented glutinous rice juice and bean paste to remove fishy smell. Fresh donkey meat should be cut into large pieces for easy scalding. The tomatoes in this hot pot are used for seasoning and can be used to make soup.
