Cucumber and yam ribs
material
500g sparerib, taro 10, half a yam, half a cucumber, 4 green peppers, rock sugar 10, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 slices of ginger, 2 onions, 2 slices of pepper 10, 2 slices of star anise, 2 slices of fragrant leaves and 0/slice of cinnamon. 3 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce1/,2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.
working methods
1. Prepare the required ingredients. Peel taro and soak in water. Cucumber is cut into pieces, yam is peeled and cut into hob pieces, and pepper is cut into sections for later use.
2. Put cold water into the pot, add onion and 1 slice of ginger, add ribs, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, boil, skim off the floating foam, and take out the ribs for later use.
3. Add pepper, star anise, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and rock sugar into the wok, and stir-fry garlic cloves to the bottom of the wok.
4. Add Chili and stir fry together.
5. After the rock sugar is fried, add the ribs and stir well.
6. Cook cooking wine and pour with soy sauce.
7. Add soy sauce and stir fry to color.
8. Squeeze the lemon juice of half a lemon, without adding it.
9. Add hot water, bring to a boil, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and stew for 40 minutes.
