Don't forget the side dishes: potatoes (slightly boiled, then sliced, browned with yellow oil and sprinkled with salt), cauliflower (slightly boiled with boiling water and sprinkled with black pepper and salt), mushrooms (I usually like mushrooms, fried with garlic and sprinkled with salt and pepper), carrots (carrots fried with butter are super delicious because they are a little sweet), and other side dishes can be added by yourself. Common side dishes include asparagus and corn.
Spaghetti, buy spaghetti to cook. After cooking, put it in a pot and stir fry. The most common is noodles with meat sauce. When the meat sauce is cooked, stir-fry it with spaghetti.
The practice of meat sauce:
1. Peel tomatoes, chop tomatoes and onions, and chop garlic.
2. Pour olive oil into the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and stir-fry until it changes color.
3. Next, add tomato sauce, stir-fry until the meat turns red, add chopped tomatoes, stir-fry and sprinkle with pepper, oregano leaves and basil leaves.
4. After the tomato comes out of the soup, pour in a bowl of water, cover the lid, heat over medium heat until the soup is thick, and sprinkle some salt to taste.
