Stew Spanish mackerel at home

1. Two Spanish mackerel, eviscerated, washed and cut into pieces.

2. Put oil in the pan, add onion and ginger in the wok, add soy sauce and stir fry, and add a little water to boil.

3. Add squid pieces, add a little cooking wine and sugar, and stew for 10 minutes.

4. There is some soup in the pot, add sesame oil and coriander, and you can go out.

Scallion Pork jiaozi

1. One kilogram of semi-plum blossom meat and one kilogram of green onion. 50g of auricularia auricula, a little ginger and about 25g of golden hook seaweed.

2. Chop pork into minced meat, wash and chop green onions, wash and chop agaric after soaking in water, soak laver with golden hook for 20 minutes, and chop ginger into powder.
