Stir-fried leeks with duck blood
Blood tofu and leeks are both ingredients for cleaning the intestines. It's well fried, very tender, not fishy and goes well with rice.

How to make stir-fried leeks with duck blood?
Cut the blood tofu into thin slices and cut the leeks into small pieces.
Heat the oil pan, add the peppercorns and aniseed and sauté until fragrant.
Add the blood tofu and minced ginger and stir-fry quickly. Then add cooking wine, salt, and light soy sauce and stir-fry.
Stir constantly until the blood tofu is cooked through (2 minutes), add leeks and MSG. Stir-fry twice and remove from the pan.
