We must read the tenderee's documents carefully before making the tender, which is also the basis for the evaluation and bid evaluation of the judges in the tender, so that we can not only understand the format of the tender, but also know where to make statements and ask questions to the judges in the bid evaluation.

V. Binding and Packaging of Tender Documents

The bidding rules vary from place to place, and the binding method is also different: the audited original can be copied into a book, usually one original and one copy (prepared according to the requirements of the tender if necessary). The first page under the cover of the copy must also be the first page of the bid documents printed with the copy. We must stamp the cover of each tender. Then bind the copied tender in strict accordance with the binding requirements of the tender documents, and remember not to change it without permission. If the bidding documents do not reflect the binding method, we can choose by ourselves.

We should use the special file bag for bidding according to the bidding requirements. The file bag should be marked with the name of the enterprise and the project number, sealed and stamped with the official seal. (Binding methods can be divided into punching, binding and tie rod clamp. If the binding method is not specified in the tender, it is suggested to use a tie rod clamp, which can correct the mistakes in time. ).

Pay attention when bagging. One original should be put in a separate bag and the other copy should be put in another bag. Then seal, stick the sealing strip (pay attention to the time on the sealing strip), and affix the sealing strip after sealing (pay attention to half on the sealing strip and half on the sealing bag).

Six, the rest of the documents shall be made separately.

The first is the bid opening list. Many units require separate sealing, and the sealing format is the same as the tender. Check whether the bidding documents have requirements for electronic CDs, and seal them after engraving. Re-examine the bidding documents to see if there are any omissions, and meet the requirements of the bidding unit as much as possible when making them, because you must do so to enter the threshold and talk with others at the same starting line, otherwise even if you do more work and efforts in the early stage, it will be in vain because of the mistakes in the tender.
