Tools/raw materials
Wheat, cloth, utensils, water, etc.
Methods/steps
1
Soak wheat in water for 6 hours (longer soaking time in winter and higher temperature in summer can shorten soaking time and prevent seeds from rotting).
2
Take a flat-bottomed plate with a through hole, first spread a cloth on the bottom of the plate (any cloth can be used, old clothes and cloth to be eliminated can also be used once, only for replenishing water for seeds), and then spread a layer of white crumpled paper or cheap paper towels on the cloth (the quality of paper is not high, and the water absorption is good, but newspapers or mimeographed paper must not be used).
three
Sprinkle the soaked wheat grains evenly on it, not too dense, and cover it with a layer of cloth.
four
Sprinkle water and make sure it is wet, but not too much water! Two days later, the seeds germinated.
five
Then put it in a sheltered place and spray it with a watering can several times a day. On the third day, the top paper should not be directly exposed to the strong sunlight for too long, but should be moved to a place with indirect sunlight. In the rainy season, ordinary fluorescent lamps can be used instead of sunlight, and water can be sprinkled several times a day to keep wheat seedlings and roots moderately moist. Hehe, two days later, the bud grew taller again.
six
It takes about 9 to 10 days to harvest. Drink as soon as possible after juicing. If you can't drink it immediately, you can put it in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. It goes bad after more than 12 hours and should be dumped. The rest can be kept in the refrigerator for 7 days without washing.

Method for make rejuvenation water
1
Prepare a set of stainless steel containers, the bottom basin and the top hole basin are the same size.
2
Washing: Wash the wheat seeds first, remove the bad seeds, and then put the washed seeds in a stainless steel basin.
three
Soak in water: add clean water, the amount of water is more than the amount of seeds, soak in water for about 6 hours, about 4 hours in summer, about 10 hours in winter, and then wash. 、
four
Accelerating germination: Pour the wheat seeds into the stainless steel pot to drain the water, and put them on the stainless steel pot with the pot, which can really drain the water. Cover the flowerpot or cover it with a clean wet cloth (seeds need a certain temperature and humidity to germinate). Wet cloth should be isolated from the air and should not cover the seeds. Put it in the shade to accelerate germination, about 2 ~ 3 days in winter and about 36 hours in summer. During accelerated germination, if the weather temperature is high, take it out and wash it with water several times until the malt length reaches about 1 cm.
five
Cleaning and selecting buds: add a lot of water to the pot and gently clean it, and the buds with good growth will float on the water surface, and the buds with good growth will be picked up as rejuvenation water; Seeds that have not germinated well, or seeds that have not germinated, will sink to the bottom of the basin. They can be poured into flowerpots or germ plates, planted with wheat grass, and steamed in a discharge basin. They have not germinated and are very fragrant.
six
Fermentation: prepare a clean wide-mouthed glass bottle, put the long buds in it, and then pour in fresh water or cold water that can be drunk raw. The amount of water is also more than the amount of seeds. Be sure to leave about a quarter of the space in the bottle for the air needed for germination, cover the bottle tightly, and ferment at room temperature (about 25 degrees) for one day to get sweet and slightly acidic rejuvenation water.
seven
Filtering: Pour the rejuvenation water into another bottle and put it in the refrigerator for cold storage as a drink. The first rejuvenation water is light and sweet. If it is not put into the refrigerator, it will continue to ferment and change the acidity. Pour clear water into the seed buds, ferment for another day to make the second rejuvenation water, then pour the rejuvenation water into the bottle and put it in the refrigerator, or mix it with the first rejuvenation water for use. The second kind of rejuvenation water is thick and sour, sweet and delicious.
eight
Finally, the filtered malt will be hollow, leaving only the wheat husk, which can be buried in the soil for composting. If the wheat milk is not empty, it can also be used as the third rejuvenation water.
nine
Note: the bottle cap should be tightened, because there are bad acidophilic bacteria in the outside air during fermentation, which will affect the fermentation of malt and affect the quality. Remember to cover it tightly, so that the rejuvenation water fermented in this way will never smell of corruption again. If you are worried that there is no air in malt fermentation, you can rotate the bottle cap.

Matters needing attention
Wheat grass can keep its active ingredients in the refrigerator for one week (7 days). But the squeezed wheat straw juice should be drunk immediately. Because the active ingredients of wheat straw juice, such as active enzymes and vitamins, are easily oxidized and attenuated, it can only last for 30 minutes.
Wheat straw juice is slightly grassy, which can be diluted by adding some drinks such as honey, fruit juice and vegetable juice. It is best not to add sugar, because it has natural glycol and fragrance.
Drinking 85 ~ 170 ml fresh wheat straw juice every day can increase resistance and cope with the tension and pressure of modern life. Wheat straw100g, water 350ml; Drinking on an empty stomach before breakfast every morning will bring you a brand-new start.
Common diseases should be taken once in the morning and evening, preferably one hour before meals or two hours after meals every day. Seriously ill patients can take it 3 ~ 4 times a day.
Diarrhea or slight feeling in the stomach after drinking should be reduced or stopped. The amount you drink should match your body's reaction, and don't use it when you have a cold.
There is no need to avoid eating food. It is best to eat more fruits and vegetables every day.
