1. Wash eggplant and cut it in half.
2. Wash the potatoes without peeling and cut them in half.
3. put the cut ingredients on the steamer, just put cold water on it, cover it and steam. About 20 minutes, try it with chopsticks, and it will be cooked easily. If it is not cooked, you can continue steaming.
4. Serve after steaming.
5. Prepare meat sauce. For details, please see my recipe for green pepper sauce. Prepare the washed coriander and break it into small pieces by hand.
6. Tear eggplant into strips, peel and cut potatoes, sprinkle with meat sauce and chives and eat together.
