1) Buy loach and wax gourd first, wash them for later use, and see how much you eat.
2) Then put the loach in the pot and remember that the pot is cold. Put the loach and cover it. They won't jump out of the pot. Remember to fry them all.
3) Put the water directly after frying, and put the melon, ginger and garlic into it to cook together.
4) After boiling, cook for at least 20-30 minutes until the soup turns milky white, and then add salt monosodium glutamate and some chicken essence.
5) After the soup is cooked, finally put some chopped green onion and sesame oil.
Misgurnus anguillicaudatus drilling tofu
Raw materials:
200g loach, 500g tofu, onion 1 root, ginger 1 root, broth 1 spoon, pepper 1 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon, monosodium glutamate 1/2 teaspoons.
Exercise:
1, cut the onion and pat the ginger loose; Wash loach after a few days' rest;

3. After all the loaches have drilled into the tofu, take out the tofu, put it in a soup bowl, fill it with broth, add salt, pepper, ginger, onion and monosodium glutamate, and steam for 15 minutes.
