How to make yogurt as a complementary food
Simply use yogurt machine to make baby complementary yogurt, which is tender, smooth and mellow?

The method of self-made yogurt with baby-assisted yogurt machine;

Materials: pure milk 1 box (1000g), sour milk powder 1 bag, whipped cream 100g.

Exercise:

1, prepare a clean container for fermentation, which is clean, oil-free and waterless;

2. Pour 900g milk and100g fresh cream into the container. If you don't want to put whipped cream, you can put all1000g pure milk.

3. Pour in yogurt powder, stir well and put the container into a yogurt machine;

4. Set the time of yogurt machine to eight hours and the temperature to 40 degrees (the optimal temperature for yogurt fermentation is between 40 and 42 degrees);

5. Time is up, the fermentation is over, and the container is taken out. It should be noted that during yogurt fermentation, keep still and try not to shake the yogurt machine.

In fact, it is quite easy to make yogurt at home. If there is a yogurt machine, it goes without saying. Just put it in and enjoy it. If there is no yogurt machine, you can also use household appliances such as toaster, oven and rice cooker to ferment yogurt without any trouble. I can teach you this later.

Fermentation with yogurt machine may not be completely successful. For example, yogurt bacterial powder has expired (frozen yogurt can also be used as starter in the market, with the ratio of 10 to 1), milk contains too many antibiotics, and the fermentation temperature has not reached. These are all influencing factors, which is nothing. If you switch to other brands of milk, try to raise the fermentation temperature a little, and you will have experience after several times.

Homemade yogurt does not necessarily mean that it is safer and more hygienic than the one bought outside, which requires mothers to disinfect the fermentation container during production, control the fermentation time, and eat it quickly after production. After all, yogurt attracts bacteria easily.
