From about 10 days before the Spring Festival, 10,000 mu of rape flowers here have been opened one after another. Today, rape has entered the blooming stage. The climate here is warm and humid, with the characteristics of no heat in summer and no cold in winter, which is called "Longshang Jiangnan".

This rape flower can be said to be the treasure of the whole body. It is not only flowers, but also vegetables for half a year and cooking oil for one year at home. Rape flowers are generally sown around the "Eleventh" every year, which can germinate in 3-5 days and grow to about 20 cm a month. Seedlings can taste the first wave of delicious food-rape seedlings, cold salad, soup or fried bacon are all delicious, and you can also eat stewed bacon and dry it. The locals say "tender"!
Every year from June 5438 to early February, rape flowers begin to bolting, and the first bolting is called main bolting. In order to blossom and bolt more like this, the main bolting will be aborted, and it will become the second delicious rape flower-oily cauliflower, fresh and tender, local people.
Before and after New Year's Day, rape flowers began to bud, and the dried cauliflower with bud was more delicious, adding the fragrance of flowers and rapeseed oil. The locals speak "very fragrant"!
