It is understood that urticaria is a localized edema reaction caused by the expansion and permeability of small blood vessels in skin and mucosa. At first, red spots appeared on the whole body skin, mostly concentrated on the face, legs and arms.
How is urticaria caused?
1, diet
Fish, shrimp, eggs and milk are the most common, followed by some meat and some plant foods, such as strawberries, cocoa, tomatoes or garlic. In addition, spoiled food is decomposed into peptides, and basic peptides are histamine release. Protein food is absorbed in the form of peptone or polypeptide before it is completely digested, which can cause urticaria.
2. Hot and cold stimulation
It is understood that the influence of cold and heat can also lead to urticaria. Usually, the skin is always irritated. In the case of alternating cold and hot, the skin will also be affected. If the skin can't adapt, it may cause urticaria.
3. Mental factors
Urticaria may be caused by mental factors, and it is often too stressful. Anxiety and tension may lead to fluctuation of endocrine level, and skin condition may deteriorate during mental factors and endocrine changes, thus inducing urticaria.
4. Influence
Infection can also lead to urticaria, such as bacterial infection, viral infection, fungal infection, parasitic infection and so on.
5, allergic constitution
The cause of urticaria is very complicated, but the fundamental reason is the patient's allergic constitution. Urticaria can cause degranulation of a mast cell in patients, release a large number of allergic media such as histamine, make smooth muscle spasm, increase vascular permeability, and extravasate plasma, thus leading to wind masses of different sizes on the skin.
Urticaria is high, how to deal with it effectively?
1, exercise properly
Keeping scientific and regular exercise can speed up the blood circulation of the whole body and improve the speed of metabolism. Exercise can strengthen people's physique and prevent various diseases.
Step 2 avoid allergens
Patients with urticaria should pay more attention to avoid contact with substances that cause their primary allergic conditions.
3, adjust the allergic constitution
Urticaria is mostly caused by allergic mechanism. Allergens in food (mostly heterologous proteins) stimulate the human body, causing the human body to produce specific antibody IgE (immunoglobulin E), which is attached to mast cells or basophils in the body. When eating this food again, IgE antibody will combine with allergens in the food, thus making mast cells and basophils release histamine. Histamine also acts on blood vessels, dilating blood vessels and increasing permeability, so a large amount of protein and liquid seep into skin tissue, resulting in urticaria.
From the immunological point of view of urticaria, the fundamental treatment should be to control IgE and adjust the balance of immunoglobulin. The treatment of intestinal probiotics focuses on adjusting internal constitution, improving allergic symptoms, effectively inhibiting the abnormality of IgE immunoglobulin, reducing allergen-induced IgE production, and finally playing a role in preventing and treating urticaria.
How to reduce IGE value and balance immunoglobulin? Dr. Xie Peishan, Director of R&D Center of Taiwan Research Center of Institute of Food and Applied Biotechnology, National University of Taiwan Province Province, found that anti-allergic probiotics have a good effect on treating all kinds of urticaria. Probiotics with six patents-Xin, Min and Kang anti-allergic probiotics, through contact with a special cell in the intestine, activate cells to produce a series of physiological reactions, and finally reduce the antibody immunoglobulin IgE in human blood, fundamentally regulate allergic constitution, enhance immunity and completely treat allergic diseases. Probiotics of Xin, Min and Kang can locate in intestinal mucosa, promote the secretion of interferon (IFN-Y), regulate TH 1 immune response, inhibit immunoglobulin IgE, and improve the allergic phenomenon of TH2 immune response. After continuous supplementation for more than three months, the concentration of IgE in the body was reduced, so that allergens could not combine with IgE antibodies in the body, and a series of allergic biochemical reactions no longer occurred.
4, pay attention to diet conditioning
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins or take vitamins C and B, or B6 in group B; Eat more alkaline food; Take more rest, don't be tired, and exercise moderately; Usually pay attention to a light diet, avoid spicy and greasy, drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, and eat less fish, shrimp and seafood.
