Ingredients: millet spicy 300g, garlic 300g, gold-labeled soy sauce 300g, leek root100g.
1. Prepare 300g of garlic, wash 300g of millet spicy, and set aside leek root100g (cut into 0.5cm sections).
2. Adjust the temperature of the bottom fire and the surface fire of the oven to 300 degrees. If there is no oven, you can use open fire, which will taste better. If it is baked, raise the temperature first, then put it in and bake for 10 minutes, and then turn it upside down and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Bake until the surface of Xiaomi spicy garlic is dark brown. Prepare a bottle of gold-labeled soy sauce. If not, you can use other soy sauce instead, such as Weidamei soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce.
4. Mash Xiaomi spicy and garlic with a garlic masher and pour them into a container (it can also be mashed with a machine, but the effect is not as perfect as mashed garlic).
5. Mix the millet and minced garlic, pour in 300g of gold-labeled soy sauce and 100g of leek root segments, stir thoroughly and evenly, then put them in bottles and refrigerate. The shelf life is at least 6 months without sticking oil.
