1, steamed tofu with sauerkraut
Ingredients: 200g tender tofu, 80g pickled cabbage, a little coriander, seasoning: sugar 1 tablespoon, minced garlic 1 tablespoon, oil 1 tablespoon.
Exercise:
(1) Cut the tofu into 5 * 5cm chunks.
(2) Soak, wash and chop Chinese cabbage, add all seasonings and mix well.
