Ingredients: ribs, leeks, roots, beauties, peppers, carrots, Chili oil, sesame sauce, red hearts, potatoes, brine, tofu, sweet potato vermicelli, cabbage sprouts, pumpkins, tsaoko, chicken essence, oyster sauce, shallots, coriander, garlic, vinegar and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Cut the ribs before washing;
2. Pour into the pot, then add Amomum tsaoko and ginger and stew for 2 hours;
3. Add carrots, pumpkins, red potatoes, leek roots and bean sprouts, and stew for another 20 minutes on medium heat;
4. Add brine tofu and sweet potato vermicelli and cook for 10 minute;
5. Stir with soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, Chili oil, sesame sauce, shallot, coriander, minced garlic, sweet pepper and chicken essence to make dip;
6. Add cabbage before cooking.
