1, insist on keeping samples for each meal. When the caterer prepares meals, every soup, dish and meal must be reserved for use.

2, food samples should be enough quantity of 200g, respectively, in the sample box, and indicate the sample period, product name, number of meals, sample rack. Store it in a special refrigerator in time, and keep the temperature at about 2-8 degrees Celsius.

3, food samples must be kept for 48 hours before dumping.

4. Before retaining samples, the containers used for food backup samples must be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized.

5. The canteen chef must be responsible for the inspection of the sample food, and make a sample record of "dish name, number of meals, date and sample holder" for inspection.

6. The leaders in charge of the kindergarten conduct random checks and check one by one according to the recipes recorded in the canteen on the same day. If it is found that the canteen does not insist on keeping samples, the relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility in accordance with the Target Management of Kindergarten Safety Responsibility and the System of Investigation of Canteen Hygiene Responsibility.
