Ingredients:
1 chicken, 30g of sugar, refined salt10g, sliced ham10g, 3g of monosodium glutamate, 50g of water-soaked mushrooms, 2g of pepper, 50g of water-soaked magnolia slices, 20g of onion slices, 50g of sweet soy sauce, 20g of ginger slices and 50g of salty soy sauce.
Production method:
Slaughter, unhairing, gut and rinse the chicken. Chicken, liver, chicken gizzard, mushroom, magnolia slice and ham, marinated with onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, sugar and sweet and salty soy sauce.
2. Select a section of Phyllostachys pubescens growing for one year, with a length of about 50 cm and an outer diameter of 12 cm, with a section at one end and an opening at the other end.
