Method

Tips
1. Buy ready-made chopped peppers, which are salty in nature, so don’t add too much seasoning;
2. What I used here It is tough tofu, relatively smooth and has good moldability. You can also use northern tofu or internal fat tofu. Internal fat tofu will produce more water.
