Xining Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army West Route Army Memorial Hall is located in the Martyrs Cemetery of Nanchuan East Road, Xining City, Qinghai Province. Martyrs Cemetery was built in July, 1954. It is located at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Xining City, Qinghai Province, adjacent to the scenic Nanchuan River.
