Fresh and sweet fish tail soup
Ingredients: Grass carp tail (1 piece)
Seasoning: ginger slices (appropriate amount), red dates (appropriate amount), wolfberry (appropriate amount), salt (appropriate amount)

Steps:
1. Prepare ingredients
2. First Fry the fish tail until fragrant on both sides. (The soup made from fried fish will be milky white)
3. Put the fried fish tail into a casserole and add appropriate amount of water.
4. Put the wolfberry, red dates and ginger into a pot over high heat.
5. After boiling, continue to cook on high heat for 2 minutes, the soup will be milky white.
6. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
