Can pork and mushrooms be stewed together?
Yes, mushroom stew is still a traditional famous dish! But you must blanch the mushrooms in boiling water before frying them. Don't put soy sauce and vinegar when copying.

Personal suggestion: if the mushrooms are fresh mushrooms, blanch them first, then stir-fry the pork with strong fire, add fresh mushrooms after blanching, and then turn to low heat for a while or continue to stir-fry with strong fire.

If it's dried mushrooms, it's obviously soaked in water for an hour or two, and then the pork is cut and fried together. Personally, I prefer braised mushrooms.
