We usually have rice and stew for lunch.

Golm Sabozzi

This is one of the most popular dishes in Iran. It is made of herbs, meat (usually mutton), dried lime and kidney beans.

In the picture below, there are two bowls of Ghorme sabzi, two plates of rice decorated with saffron, Shirazi salad on the right, Torshi (a pickle-like vegetable) and onion on the left, and mixed vegetables such as radish and basil in the middle.

My favorite dish; It is made of chopped peas, dried limes, meat (usually mutton) and tomatoes. The picture below shows Gheime, with rice, Shirazi salad and yogurt in the middle.

Fei Sen Qiong

It is made of walnuts, pomegranates and meat.

Sometimes we decide not to eat stew!

Adas Poirot

Just made of rice and lentils; I usually eat it with meat, but I prefer yogurt myself.

Estamboli

It is made of tomatoes, rice and potatoes. Usually served with Shirazi salad or Torshi. You can see Estamboli on the right, Shirazi salad on the left, and yogurt in the picture.

This is Tolsi, one of many Tolsi.

Sometimes we observe that we don't eat rice. It's for the flute!

Eating steamed buns is divided into two steps. First, separate meat, beans and potatoes from gravy and fat, and then eat gravy and bread crumbs together.

Then we mash the meat, potatoes and beans and eat what you see in the picture below. This dish is called Gust Kubid, which literally means minced meat.

In addition, there are some traditional dishes mainly eaten in special areas.

Khoresh khalal

This is a traditional dish in Comanza province, mainly made of almond slices and wild berries; We also eat rice.

Gleim Nesar

This is a traditional dish in qazvin province. Gheymeh nesar basically uses white rice with meat (usually mutton, but beef or chicken can also be used), Berberis, sliced nuts, and most importantly, orange peel with a little sweetness.

Gary marsh

This is a stew, which belongs to southern Iran and consists of spice fish and herbs. The following picture consists of two kinds of Torshi, rice and Ghalile mahi.
