Preparation steps
1. Soak the tea tree mushrooms one day or half a day in advance and remove the sand, clean them and blanch them for later use. .
2. Heat the pot, add oil, stir-fry the pork belly until the oil comes out, add peppercorns and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant;
3. When the pork belly turns slightly white, add dried pork belly. chili, and then add a spoonful of garlic chili sauce to stir-fry the bottom of the pot.

Cooking Tips 1. Don’t rush to add the yellow mushrooms. First stir-fry the pork belly over low heat to get the oil, then use the oil from the pork belly to fry the yellow mushrooms.
