What is earthenware?

4. Put a small amount of cooking oil in the wok, add the onion and garlic slices after the oil is hot, add the Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add the marinated pork belly slices and red pepper rings, stir-fry until the meat slices are oily, and add the blanched cauliflower;

5. Stir-fry the fried flowers with high fire, pour in the soy sauce, stir fry quickly with high fire, fully mix the fragrance until it is cooked, drop a few drops of sesame oil and add a proper amount of salt;

6. Add the fried cauliflower to the preheated tile bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
