Exercise:
1. Add the chopped pork belly into cooking wine and white pepper, mix well and marinate;
2. Wash the onion and garlic, cut the onion into sections, leave a little chopped green onion, slice the garlic and cut the red pepper;
3. Wash the cauliflower and make it into small flowers, then soak it in light salt water for 5 minutes, drain the water, then gently blanch it with boiling water, then take it out, then cool it quickly and drain the water for later use;
