Exercise:
1, the cooked beef tendon is cut into pieces with appropriate size. What is sold in the market is generally cooked. If you eat it raw, it is more difficult to cook it yourself.
2. Wash celery and green garlic and cut into sections. Chop the dried peppers. Cut some slices of ginger.
3. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, first simmer the green garlic and celery in the pot, add a little salt, and cut it off.
4. Put the fried green garlic and celery on the plate for later use.
5. Pour more oil into the pot than before, and stir-fry the ginger slices.
6. Pour in beef tendon and stir fry a few times.
7. Add a bowl of water, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, cover and stew for one or two minutes. Because the beef tendon is cooked, it doesn't need to be cooked for a long time. Cooking is mainly for flavor.
8. Pour in the green garlic and celery fried in front and stir well.
9. Put it on a plate and serve it.
