The basic dietary principles of kidney disease, namely? Five lows and one high? Low salt, low fat, low protein, low phosphorus, low potassium and high vitamin diet. It seems to be a simple diet, but some kidney friends are not satisfied with their daily control. There are also many kidney friends who leave messages to consult about dietary problems, such as doctors, can you still eat meat with high proteinuria? Can you eat soy products with high uric acid? Can't kidney disease eat hair? What food is hair? Wait a minute. What should I eat at ordinary times? I suddenly got kidney disease and don't know how to eat it.
There are four main points in the correct diet plan for kidney disease. As long as it is well managed, it will be of great benefit to the recovery of the disease.
The first point: coarse staple food is not as good as fine staple food.
Three meals a day, staple food on the table? Main melody melody? Such as rice, steamed bread, steamed buns, noodles, etc. Are very common. Most of them are refined rice noodles, which are eaten carefully. Relatively speaking, some coarse grains have less food and uneven thickness.
Compared with carbohydrates mainly contained in flour and rice, coarse grains are also rich in vitamins, dietary fiber, minerals and other nutrients, and contain less carbohydrates and calories, which is not only conducive to stabilizing blood sugar, blood lipids and other related indicators, but also conducive to controlling weight and reducing the metabolic pressure of kidneys. Especially the dietary fiber contained in it, research shows that it is beneficial to reduce proteinuria and restore renal function.
Often eaten coarse grains such as brown rice, corn, millet, oats, buckwheat and so on. When cooking, kidney friends can add some of these foods to cook together, which can not only ensure the intake of appropriate coarse grains, but also not eat too delicate, which is not conducive to disease control.
The second point: protein is a good thing, but it should be limited.
For patients with low immunity and massive proteinuria, ensuring the intake of protein is very beneficial to enhance their physical fitness. Although protein is a good thing, we should take it in moderation. Protein's daily intake is mainly influenced by proteinuria and body weight.
The 24-hour quantitative proteinuria exceeds 3.5g, and the daily protein intake is controlled at 0.6-0.8g/kg body weight;
24-hour quantitative proteinuria 1-3.5g, and daily protein intake is controlled at 0.8- 1g/kg body weight;
24-hour proteinuria 1g, daily protein intake can be eaten normally, but it cannot exceed 1.2g/kg body weight.
The higher the weight, the greater the demand for protein. Patients who are overweight or obese are very unfavorable to the control of proteinuria, so the diet management should be stricter, and more high-quality protein should be selected, which is easier to digest and absorb. Meat, milk, eggs, some beans and other daily foods all contain high-quality protein, which makes them more nutritious.
Among meat foods, it is suggested to give priority to white meat such as chicken, duck, goose and poultry, and foods with relatively low fat and cholesterol such as fish, shrimp and crab. Followed by red meat such as pork, beef and mutton, the daily meat intake should not exceed 2 Liang.
The third point: eat less salt and low fat to reduce the burden on the kidneys.
The kidney is an organ that filters metabolism. Long-term consumption of high salt and high fat can easily lead to chronic diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia, and also directly increase the metabolic burden of the kidney. Therefore, once renal function is damaged, kidney friends must adhere to a light diet, and less salt and low fat are the basic principles.
And after renal insufficiency, most kidney friends will have renal hypertension and hyperlipidemia, which will increase the burden of blood vessels, slow down the blood flow, and even cause renal artery hypertension, leading to renal cell ischemia and accelerate renal failure. It is very unfavorable to the stability of the disease.
Kidney friends must adhere to the eating habits of less salt and low fat. For patients with edema and severe hypertension, the daily salt intake should not exceed 3g, and it should not exceed 5g at ordinary times. Some foods with obvious fat and high cholesterol should be eaten as little as possible, such as fried foods, as well as meat such as fat meat and animal offal. Especially foods containing saturated fatty acids, such as cakes, biscuits, potato chips, butter, etc. Excessive intake of saturated fatty acids will not only increase blood lipids, but also increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, which is even worse for the kidneys. Appropriate vegetable oils with high unsaturated fatty acid content, such as rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and olive oil, can be selected.
The fourth point: control potassium and phosphorus, and supplement calcium appropriately.
The damage of renal function will cause electrolyte metabolism disorder and induce various complications, such as hyperkalemia, calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder, bradycardia, renal osteopathy, skin itching and so on.
If the monitored blood potassium exceeds 5.5mmol/L, and the blood potassium exceeds 1.6 1mmol/L, we should be vigilant.
Foods with high potassium content in daily life mainly include mushrooms, seaweed and fruits, especially bananas, dates, oranges and longan. Among foods with high phosphorus content, such as meat, lean meat is the highest. It is best to eat less animal liver, dairy products and processed nuts. It is necessary to avoid calcium loss caused by high phosphorus and cause bone diseases, and to supplement calcium properly. It is necessary to eat some calcium tablets properly.
