There is a kind of food called "Niubian Hotpot" in Guizhou, which is called "Cow dung Hotpot" because of its unique shape. The so-called cow dung hot pot is a hot pot made by taking out the food that has not been fully digested in the stomach and small intestine of cattle, squeezing out the liquid and adding cow bile.
"Niubian Hot Pot" is a delicacy in Qiandongnan Prefecture, and the most authentic one can only be eaten locally. Before slaughter, feed the cattle with fine grass and Chinese herbal medicine.
