Exercise:
1. Wash kumquats, juice 5 kumquats, and cut 3 kumquats with a knife for 5-6 times to facilitate the juice in kumquats to flow out;
2. Cut half a lemon into 3 pieces for later use, and juice the remaining lemons for later use;
3. Put 3 pieces of kumquat juice, lemon juice and rock sugar into the cup, pour them into 1/4 boiling water and stir well, then pour kumquat, and continue to add hot water to about 3/4 of the cup mouth to drink.
