Ingredients: Chiba bean curd 1 piece, a little pork belly, green pepper 1 piece, 3 garlic sprouts, a little fungus, a spoonful of oil, a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of chicken essence, a spoonful of starch, a little onion, ginger and garlic, and half a spoonful of oyster sauce.
Exercise:
(1) slice chiba tofu and pork belly, cut green pepper into small pieces, slice onion, shred ginger, and cut onion and garlic seedlings into sections for later use;

2, spicy fried Chiba tofu
Ingredients: Chiba bean curd 1 box, red pepper 1, 2 peppers, half a teaspoon of salt, a little soy sauce 1 teaspoon, a little mushroom essence, a little ginger slices, 3 peppers 15, 3 dried peppers, half a teaspoon of white peppers, and appropriate amount of pepper oil and vegetable oil.
Exercise:
(1) Slice Chiba bean curd, shred red pepper and pepper, and slice ginger for later use;
