Refund policy

According to the reply of the mayor's hotline, all kindergartens in our district did not start school in September 2022 due to the novel coronavirus epidemic, and should refund the expenses that were not actually paid in advance, such as education fees, meals and school bus fees. After the epidemic is over, parents of kindergarten children can apply for a refund in kindergarten.

Refund regulation

According to the relevant provisions of Article 15 of the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Kindergarten Charge Management in Hubei Province (E.Q.F. [2065438+07] No.74), "kindergartens that have closed classes due to the reasons of the kindergarten (non-kindergarten) will be refunded the prepaid fees after deducting the actual number of days in the park".

No kindergarten shall refund the fee for organizing online classes for children (the notice of the municipal bureau requires kindergartens not to organize online teaching activities).
