Investment and Financial Management-Financial Products-Query page can query the transaction processing of financial products initiated by all counters and online banking channels. The system provides two query methods: bank processing record query and online banking transaction record query.

Query by "Bank Processing Record": you can query by transaction start date, and the query results include all transactions under the selected account counter and online banking channel, including not only the transaction instructions initiated by you, such as purchase, redemption, agreement modification and dividend payment method modification, but also the transaction information initiated by the bank, such as interest return and dividend payment.

Query by online banking transaction records: you can query by transaction status (all can be queried), business type (only business types can be queried one by one, but not all types at the same time), transaction start date and other dimensions. The query results only contain the transaction processing information initiated by online banking channels.

The query time span can support all information queries within three months, and the maximum query range is 1 year. Online banking transactions with "successful transaction" can print electronic receipts, and the receipt format is the same as the business receipt format issued by the receipt system.
