It will be cheaper to live with many people.

100 yen -8 yuan RMB

The following is a repost.

A lifestyle of 20 thousand yen per month except rent

Recently, I read some posts, saying that how much money is a month and how much money can last for several months. Let me talk about my personal experience.

I was born in April this year. At present, I am doing a job, and the second one has just come out, and I plan to find another one. Earn very little money, so it is very economical.

Before it's too late, let's start with eating.

On average, I only spend about 1 1000 on meals every month. Only 8000 last month. I will go to the supermarket when I have time. Buy cheap ones and put them in the refrigerator. Japanese cuisine has a taste appreciation period and a consumption period. After the taste appreciation period, you can still eat it, but not during the eating period. I often buy things at half price, all of which are near the appreciation period of taste. My most basic principle is not to buy expensive ones! Basically, there are bread, jam and brewed milk powder for breakfast every day. Eat lunch and dinner by yourself, don't go out to eat. Tell me about the dishes I often buy.

Onions-/kloc-0.00 yen 4 or 5, very cheap. If you live alone, you can basically eat more than 3 meals.

Potatoes-100 yen 4,5.

Lettuce-100 yen each, more than 70,80 yen when it is cheap.

Cabbage-when it's cheap, a large one costs 100 yen, usually about one 130, and one can be eaten about three times (one person's meal).

Tomatoes-what I bought later was basically very small/kloc-about four for 0/00 yen. I don't eat much.

Cucumber-100 yen 3,4 when it's cheap.

Radish-white radish is very cheap, but I don't like it, so I haven't bought much. /kloc-There are about four carrots at 0/00 yen. I only use them to make curry.

Eggplant-I bought a bag of five pieces of eggplant, once fresh and cheap, nine pieces of eggplant 100 yen.

Flammulina velutipes-78 yen for two bags when it's cheap. Usually 105 yen 2 packs, 200g.

Tofu-find a cheap supermarket, 35 yen a box.

Eggs-I basically wait until the discount, 98 a box. Recently, there was a supermarket with a box of 105, which was still very large.

Bean sprouts-22 yen for a bag in a cheap supermarket.

Onions-fresh at first, not suitable for living. Later, I decided to buy cut and frozen.

Garlic-I'll buy 100 bag of quick money.

Chicken-the supermarket near my home is basically 59 yen 100g, but the super cheap one I bought last time was 29 yen 100g.

Fish-the supermarket has that kind of red fish 79 together. But I always buy discounts when the supermarket is closing, and eat slowly when it is frozen.

Squid-frozen, 98 yuan, can be eaten 2 or 3 times.

Bread-Fair-Price Supermarket, 8 in 85 yuan.

Jam-I buy strawberries, 880g, 198 yen, which are also sold in cheap supermarkets.

Milk-recently drinking milk powder at home. The milk I bought was 156 yen1l.

Juice-I don't drink it very much. Sometimes I leave it in the refrigerator and it goes bad. However, I bought the fruit juice with a content below 10%, 67 yen,1L. It seems that the price has gone up now.

Coffee-I've been drinking it myself recently.

Oil-I bought it at a discount at a price of 1500g, 299 yen. Now I use 1500g, which is 299 from the cheap supermarket. It's not very good oil, but that's it. I don't know if it's bad.

Salt-The price in the fair-price supermarket is about 60, 70 yuan.

Soy sauce-a bottle of 98 is sold in a cheap supermarket.

I bought strawberries-once, I bought four boxes for 600 yen, which is very good and not small.

Apples-apples are expensive recently, so I don't buy much. Before, I bought six apples at a discount of 300 yen.

Banana-the cheapest fruit in Japan. If you eat regularly, you can buy about five for 100 yen.

Corn-corn is cheap recently, so I bought two at 100 yen, and I also bought them at a hundred-dollar store.

Mango-

Rice-I always look for the cheapest, 1280 yen or 1380 yen, 5kg.

やきそばば -

Bamboo wheel-198 yen frozen, five large ones.

Cauliflower-

Pepper -88 yen a bottle.

Jiaozi-I bought it at a discount. Recently, I found a 100-yuan store with a small stuffing but 2 1 fried jiaozi.

Konjac-68 yen cheaper together.

5 bags of instant noodles-198 yen.

Chocolate-Baiyuan Store

Potato cakes-potato cakes sold in supermarkets cost about 65,438+000 yuan each. I bought a frozen one and fried it myself, 149 yen 10. Much more suitable than that.

In addition to the above, I occasionally buy, fry and sell octopus roast (6 yuan 180 yen), full of Dafu (105 yen 10 yuan), ham sausage in convenience stores, "ぉにぎり" Snacks and the like are not eaten often, and they also have the effect of losing weight, but they still seem to be fat. The price I said is basically not the price at the time of discount. I always go to several stores to see which one is cheaper before I know which one is cheaper. In addition, supermarkets have fixed discount days, so you can pay attention to them.

Together, it costs no more than 500 yen a day.

Fare: I always ride my own bike. Ride for at least 30 minutes every day. The weather is very hot. When it rains, I will take the tram, which basically costs nothing. But it will be hot in a few days, and you need to buy a monthly ticket.

The rent includes water, electricity and gas, so it is not money.

My 20,000 yen includes: mobile phone fee (I don't have many contacts in Japan, mainly looking for a job, so I don't have much).

Snacks (less)

Eat (at most)

Fares (occasionally)

insurance

Other odds and ends, such as batteries, lunch boxes and daily necessities.

If you buy clothes, if you just wear work clothes, throw them away. I suggest you go to Shimonoseki to buy. There is a big store near the station, all made in China, with an average price of 200-500 yen. 、
