A handful of fundamentals (wider and harder flavors are recommended), sesame oil, cooking oil, salt, vinegar, chopped peanuts, shredded mustard, chicken essence, pepper, oil pepper, garlic, chopped green onion and pepper.
1. Boil the water, open the noodles with water, and break them up in circles with chopsticks.
2. Cook the noodles until they just change color, stir fry and drain, put them in a large bowl, and pour in a little sesame oil and mix well quickly.
3. Then add vinegar, salt, chicken essence, shredded mustard and pepper in turn.
4. Take another pot, pour in a little cooking oil, heat it to 50%, pour in pepper, garlic, peanut oil and pepper, stir fry over low heat, then pour it on the noodles, sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well.
