How to steam minced meat and eggs?
Add a little salt to three eggs, and then break them up. After breaking them, add warm water and stir them (stirring for a while will make them slippery).
Add the spare minced meat and stir well.
Boil the water in the pot, pour the beaten eggs into the plate (the bubbles will disappear automatically during the boiling process), and steam the water in the pot for 12 minutes (after steaming, add chopped green onion for a while, but I forgot to buy chopped green onion, so I didn't put it in).
