Where did Lucheng sheep feast come from?
Legend has it that during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the traditional local famous food in southern Shandong was combined with court food, which has a history of more than 200 years. The whole lamb feast refers to dishes with different shapes, colors and tastes, which are refined from different parts of sheep by boiling, frying, frying, stewing, steaming and distilling. It is made from sheep's head to sheep's tail, one dish at a time. What is more distinctive is that every dish of the whole lamb banquet does not have a word "sheep", and from the menu, the name of the dish is accurate, humorous, auspicious and implicit. For example, there are more than 40 kinds of dishes here, such as Manjianghong and Yingfan. Mutton is known as "the best medicinal diet" and is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus and other vitamins. Hot in nature and sweet in taste, it has the effects of tonifying the middle warmer, appetizing and invigorating the spleen, so it is loved by the broad masses of the people.
