250 grams of high gluten flour
Yeast 3 g
Sugar 1/2 teaspoons
Proper amount of water
3 sausages
Onions are half as small.
A little tri-color sweet pepper
Appropriate amount of spaghetti sauce
The right amount of mozzarella cheese
Practice steps
1. Add yeast and 1/2 teaspoons of sugar to the flour, and add a small amount of warm water several times to make a non-stick dough with moderate hardness. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for 35-45 minutes.
2. Take out the fermented dough, exhaust and reunite, and roll it into the shape of a baking tray.
3. Poke some holes in the bottom with a fork, as shown in the figure.
4. Start the combination and preheat the oven in advance.
5. Squeeze a proper amount of spaghetti sauce and spread it evenly on the skin.
6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese (as much as possible)
7. Put sausage (my children like it, and the baby can change it to bacon, shrimp or something else).
8. Add shredded onion and shredded sweet pepper (you can also add fresh mushrooms, because my children don't like them, so they didn't put them).
9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese (the advantage of making it yourself is that the cheese can be put at will)
10, put it in the preheated oven, 150- 170 degree baking 15-20 minutes (depending on the temperature of your oven).
1 1, out of the oven. ....
