Materials:

2 slices of fresh milk toast, eggs 1 piece, 6 slices of lettuce, half a tomato and 4 shrimps.

Practice steps:

1. Wash shrimps, add a little egg white, starch and salt and marinate for 5 minutes (marinate for a while if there is enough time). Blanch the marinated shrimp in boiling water 1 min and then take it out.

2. Brush the fried eggs into a hot pot, sprinkle some pepper in the center of the eggs, and preheat the toast on both sides 1 min;

Materials:

Practice steps:

Materials:

Materials:

Materials:

Practice steps:

1. Wash the fresh mushrooms and remove the slices at the bottom. After the cold water is boiled, continue to cook for 5 minutes, and add appropriate amount of salt when cooking;
