Ingredients: tomato 150g, tomato sauce 150g, white radish 400g, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, lard and flour.
working methods
1. Wash tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the white radish and cut it into filaments.
2. Heat the lard in a pot, add flour and stir it into a paste, then add tomato sauce and stir. When the red oil is fried, add shredded radish and stir-fry for a while, pour in appropriate amount of water, and cook on low heat for 10 minute. Add tomato pieces, salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
