500 grams flour
Five eggs (225 grams) of food.
40 grams of oil
60 grams of sugar is one gram of food.
6 grams of baking powder
20g of water
Recipe practice:
1. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar, and pour on the panel. Beat the eggs well and mix well with oil and water. Pour them on the flour to form a ball with moderate hardness. Grease the dough to prevent the skin from waking up for more than half an hour.
2. Cut the dough embryo after proofing into small strips as shown in the figure (proofing for a period of time to avoid retraction) and knead it into a thin strip. Lift it with both hands in the opposite direction and put it on, then put it on a green embryo.
Be sure to grease the plate and cover it with plastic wrap. Prevent epidermis from air drying
4. When the oil pan is 4 minutes hot, add the green embryo and fry until golden brown (you can fry it again if it is not ripe).
5. plate up for dinner.
