1. Ingredients: 4g salted fish, a small amount of soy sauce, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, six slices of ginger, four cloves of garlic, one tablespoon of red pepper paste and half a bowl of clear water.
2. Accessories: chopped green onion.
3. Cut the salted fish and soak it in clear water for about an hour.
4. When soaking the fish pieces, cut the ginger, garlic cloves and chopped green onion into pieces.
5. After the fish pieces are soaked, take them out, pour oil into the hot pot, heat them, turn to low heat, add half of the minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry them for fragrance.
6. Turn to low heat and pour in the salted fish pieces. Stir well, then turn to low heat and stir until it is dry and fragrant. Keep stirring to avoid sticking to the pot.
7. Turn to medium heat, then add a tablespoon of red pepper paste and stir-fry until uniform.
