The Origin of Anhui Stores and Ports in China Geographic Encyclopedia
Shops and ports can be seen in nearly 900 years of historical data. According to legend, in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, there were dozens of surnamed tang and Yang families named Tangyang Village, among which there were shop operators, so they were called "shops". With the increase of population and the development of business, they gradually formed a commercial port, and then changed the "store" into "port" and evolved into a "store" and passed it down to this day. In a world-famous place, it is said that "flood control was carried out, shops and people built bridges, and the stone tablet was dug three feet long, engraved with the words' immortal realm'". "Shenxian" is now Feidong County. 1500 years ago, in the early years of Liu and Song Dynasties, Dianbu was the border area of Shenxian County, and the establishment of boundary markers showed that Dianbu had a long history.

As for how the "shop port" was changed to "port", we can learn from the "Feidong County Records" that during the Three Kingdoms period, Sun Quan of Soochow led an army to attack Hefei, and Cao Cao sent troops to help after learning about it. The soldiers were tired and thirsty when they reached the shops and ports non-stop. When Cao Cao saw this, he ordered to rest on the spot and find water to quench his thirst. However, there are neither ponds nor wells in this place. Accordingly, Cao Cao personally took several counselors to inspect the terrain. After Cao Cao saw it, he chose two low-lying areas, south and north, to let the soldiers dig wells quickly. As expected, the soldiers struggled to dig only one foot deep, and the well water flowed like the spring water in the well. The southern end is red, hence the name "Hongshajing"; The soil in the north is black, so it is called "black manhole". The soldiers drank the cool well water and praised Prime Minister Cao for his cleverness. When Cao Cao saw several people coming, he asked them where this place was. People told him bluntly that there was no official name for this place. Cao Cao smiled and said, "Let's have a rest here. Let's call it a step. " Later, Cao Zhi, the son of Cao Cao, saw that although this place was small, there were several shops opened by Tang and Yang, so he changed the word "shop" to "shop". The name of "shop port" has been passed down to this day.

In the Southern Song Dynasty, shops and ports became a battleground for military strategists. Song and Jin fought in the store, and Yang Yizhong, the general of the Song Dynasty, defeated Jin Wushu in the store. In the Ming dynasty, Zhang, the leader of the rebel army, occupied the store and attacked Hehai. In the Qing Dynasty, Taiping Army also landed in Shikou near Chaohu Lake and attacked shops and ports in the north. Tongji Bridge on Dianbu River was built in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, connecting the east and west parts of the city. The Qing Dynasty's "Continued Revision of Luzhou County Records" contains an inscription saying: "There is a city forty miles east of Luzhou Prefecture, named Dianbu". There are three temples (Huayan Temple, Dizang Temple and Baiyi Temple), seven temples (Dongyue Temple, Nanyue Temple, Longwang Temple, Niangniang Temple, Guandi Temple, Baishen Temple and Temple), one temple (Baocheng Temple), Song Garden and Li Garden. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Dianbu was an important commercial town in Dongxiang, Hefei, especially the rice market.
