Don du fu
Two orioles sing green willows,
A line of egrets rose into the sky.
The window contains autumn snow in Xiling,
Mambo Wu Dong Wan Li Ship.
According to legend, there was a famous chef in the Qing Dynasty who cooked very well. Every dish should be accompanied by an ancient poem. Once, he cooked four dishes for an official with only two eggs. The first one: two stewed egg yolks covered with onion leaves; The second way: cut the cooked protein into small pieces, arrange them well, and put a green leaf under them; The third way: stir-fry a handful of protein; The fourth way: a bowl of clear soup with seasoning, with several small eggshells floating on it, and four dishes, each with an ancient poem. The host was overjoyed and full of praise. Together, these four poems are a seven-character quatrain written by Du Fu, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty:
Two orioles sing green willows, and a row of egrets go up to the sky.
The window contains the autumn snow in Xiling, at the gate of Wu Dong Wan Li boating.
