Ingredients: scallop tip.
Accessories: cucumber, egg, onion, ginger, salt.
Exercise:
1. Soak the tip of shellfish in water at 30 degrees Celsius to separate out salt.
2. Wash off the tip of the shell and add an egg. If the egg is not wrapped, the tip of the shell will easily age after heating, which will affect the taste.
3. After slicing the cucumber, sprinkle with salt for later use.
4. After the oil is hot, add the egg with the tip of the shell, add the onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add the cucumber slices, stir-fry evenly, and plate.
