raw material
Shui Pi:
200 grams of low-gluten flour, 50 grams of high-gluten flour, 50 grams of lard, 37 grams of sugar, 20 grams of honey, and clear water 125 grams.
Oil skin:
200 grams of low-gluten flour, lard 1 10 grams.
Stuffing:
225g of sandwich meat, 20g of sugar, 5g of white sesame, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 3 teaspoons of Xinhe June fresh soy sauce, 5g of salt, ginger and onion juice.
Production practice:
Filling: Take a pot, add minced meat made of sandwich meat and all seasonings and stir in one direction until the filling is thick. Note that the minced meat chopped by hand is chewy and firm at the same time;
Shui Pi: Make all the ingredients needed by Shui Pi into a soft dough, then knead it until it is smooth and keep it moist for 30 minutes.

Moon cakes:
