According to your instructions, you will mainly shoot indoors, and the main subjects of shooting are ceramics, dishes and the interior of the building, so the choice of lens is very clear.

In most cases, a 24mm-35mm lens is suitable for shooting dishes. I think you will find this when you take or analyze the photos of other photographers. When shooting still life and product drawings (such as ceramic products), a wide-angle lens is generally used when shooting pictures with background, and a wide-angle lens and a standard lens (such as 50mm and 100mm lens) may be used for standard product drawings, depending on the situation. Generally, wide-angle lenses are needed in buildings, such as 10mm-24mm lenses.

So, in general, let's talk about the fuselage first. When you have enough money, you can choose 5D MARK II (don't buy a camera set, the 24- 105mm in the camera set is not suitable for you to shoot), and if you have less money, you can choose 60D or 600D.

Then there is the lens, because your shooting will basically be indoors, so if you want to get good results, there are two choices. One is to configure an easy-to-disassemble small studio flash, which requires a lens with too high cost and can be easily photographed with a general lens. Another option is to use a large aperture lens, which can shoot in dim light indoors. Of course, it would be best if you can also configure flash.

Recommended lens combination:

When shooting the interior, you can use Canon 14 mm/F2.8L II lens if you have more money, Sigma 10-20mm/F3.5 EX DC HSM lens if you have average money, and 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 lens if you have less money.

When shooting dishes, you can use Canon's 35mm/F 1.4L lens or 24-70mm/F2.8L lens when you have more money (these two lenses can also shoot interior scenes), and you can use 35mm/F2.0 lens or 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 lens when you have less money.

If you want good shooting results when shooting still life and products, you can buy another 50mm 1.8 or 1.4 title, 50mm macro lens or 100mm macro lens, which are often used when shooting products.

That's the lens. If you are short of money or have little experience, you can only buy the cheapest lens of 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 (only a few hundred pieces), and then add other lenses according to your own experience. Of course, you need to match the flash.

The above is based on Canon. If you don't like Canon or are familiar with other cameras and lenses, you can consider Nikon and Sony. They have the same lens to choose from, there won't be much difference, but Sony's lens is very expensive.

With the lens and fuselage, as well as flash and other equipment. You can buy two flashlights (with soft boxes, no need for beehives, etc.), a soft mask and a multi-purpose reflector, which are convenient for disassembly and folding, and the total will not exceed 1000 yuan. Don't buy a bad flash. But the flash can't be used everywhere, so if funds permit, it's best to buy another overhead flash, such as 430EX 580EX II.

That's basically it. You can look at the photos of dishes in my Baidu space photo album.
