Guanzhong nine bowls are nine bowls for Muslims. Nine bowls of Muslim "steamed mutton, braised beef, braised pork balls, tofu beef boxes, egg beef rolls, stewed beef with carrots, braised chicken pieces, mutton offal, jujube and yam".
