Ingredients: kelp, beef bones, ginger slices, mushrooms, cooking wine.
Practice: 1. Wash the kelp and soak the cowboy bones in water.
2. Boil the water, add kelp, beef bones, ginger slices, mushrooms and cooking wine, and then cook.
Turn the heat down and cook for an hour. Add onion, a little salt, soy sauce and seasoning.
Shannon potato beef bone soup
Ingredients: two and a half Jin of fresh beef spine, half an onion, a potato and three tomatoes.
Practice: 1) Cattle bones are generally large and hard. When you buy it in the market, please chop it into small pieces, go home and clean it, and fly for five minutes (add a few slices of ginger to the water to remove the fishy smell).
