Ingredients: hairtail 400g, salad oil, salt 1/4 teaspoon, onion, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, a little starch, a little water starch, 2 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce and 4 teaspoons of Chili powder 1/4 teaspoons.
Exercise:
Wash hairtail, cut into sections, and marinate with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and Chili powder for 20 minutes;
Pour out the marinated soup, add dry starch and pat it on hairtail;
Pour oil in a flat sticky pan and fry hairtail in a hot pan until it is 80% cooked;
Mix barbecued pork sauce with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and add appropriate amount of water starch to make barbecued pork juice;
Pour the prepared barbecued pork juice into the fried hairtail. When the soup is thick and wrapped in hairtail, take it out of the pot and sprinkle with shallots.
Third, steamed spareribs with millet.
Ingredients: pork chop 500g, millet 150g, salt 5g, ginger 3 slices, bean paste 5g, yellow wine 5g, water 5g and shallot 5g.
Exercise:
Wash the millet and soak it for about 20 minutes;
Pork chop, blanch the blood in the pot with cold water, rinse it and put it in a bowl;
Add appropriate amount of bean paste, Jiang Mo, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes;
Take a round bowl, arrange the soaked pork chops along the bottom of the bowl, and finally sprinkle with fine chopped green onion;
Boil water in a steamer, add the processed ribs, steam for half an hour, and turn off the fire for 5 minutes.
Fourth, steamed carp.
Ingredients: fresh carp 1, oil, cooking wine, salt, pepper, soy sauce and ginger.

Slaughtering carp, cleaning, pickling with salt, cooking wine and ginger for 20 minutes to remove fishy smell;

Five, Huaren pettitoes soup
Raw materials: peanut 200g, trotters 1kg, ginger 30g, salt 25g, onion 10g, pepper 0. 15g, monosodium glutamate 0.1g.
Exercise:
Chop the pig's trotters into pieces, blanch the blood with ice water, and then rinse with clean water;
Soak peanuts in warm water and peel them; Cut the onion into sections and crush the ginger;

Six, dried bamboo shoots taro old duck soup
Ingredients: half a duck, 4 dried bamboo shoots, 2 taro 12, proper amount of salt, vinegar 1 spoon, 5g ginger, onion 1 segment, vegetable oil 1 spoon.
Exercise:
Soak dried bamboo shoots in clear water for one day and tear them into bamboo shoots;
After the duck is slaughtered, it is washed and cut into large pieces, boiled in cold water, and then rinsed with water;
Add a little vegetable oil to the wok, stir-fry shallots and ginger slices, then stir-fry the blanched duck pieces, vinegar and 1 tablespoon for 1-2 minutes;
